Justin Levine, Broker of Record

With over 15 years of experience in the Ottawa commercial real estate industry, Justin launched Encore Commercial Real Estate in the fall of 2021. Justin brings strong research and analytic skills to all assignments; his focus will be to expand Encore’s market reach through landlord and sublandlord representation.

Justin has served as a researcher, junior appraiser, leasing manager for a publicly traded Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust, and a broker. Justin’s experience has culminated in over two million square feet of brokered transactions and advisory projects. Justin brings a unique perspective to all assignments, having worked on behalf of occupants (tenants and owner-occupied) and landlords. His cross-disciplinary experience exposed Justin to various public groups (the Federal Government of Canada, The Ottawa Hospital, municipal governments), publicly traded companies and local organizations spanning many industries.
